Education Qualifications:
| Public Health Nurse | B.Sc. Nursing or Senior Nursing and Midwifery certificate with a Diploma in Public Health Nursing. The applicant should have a working knowledge of Hindi and Bengali Preferable. |
| Nurse | 10+2 and have passed the GNM course. The applicant must be registered under the State Nursing Council. The applicant should have a working knowledge of Hindi and Bengali. |
| X-Ray Technician | B.Sc. and Diploma or Certificate in Radiography with 01-year experience in handling of X-Ray unit equipment and Electro-therapeutically department. |
| Pharmacist | 12th with Diploma in Pharmacy and registered with the State Pharmacy Council. |
DDA Salary:
| Public Health Nurse | Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Rs. 4800/- grade pay. |
| Nurse | Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Rs. 4600/- grade pay. |
| X-Ray Technician | Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Rs. 4200/- grade pay. |
| Pharmacist | Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Rs. 2800/- grade pay. |
Age Limit:
| Public Health Nurse | Up to 30 years as on 18.12.2019. |
| Nurse | Up to 30 years as on 18.12.2019. |

Age Relaxation:
The age is relaxable for the government servants up to 40-years in the case general candidates and 45-years in the case of SC/ ST candidates.
