Driver Grade-1 | Written Examination (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test) + Driving Test |
Technician-B | Written Examination (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test) + Skill Test |
Category II-Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/TM) or Operator | Written Examination (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test) + Skill Test |
Category II-Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (ST/ SA) | Written Examination Interview |

Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (ST/TM), Technician-B and Driver Grade-1
The Written Examination will be in two stages
- Stage-1- Preliminary Test (1 Hour)
- Stage-2- Advanced Test (2 Hours)
Stage-1- Preliminary Test:
Mathematics | 20 Question |
Science | 20 Question |
General Awareness | 10 Question |
Stage:2- Advanced Test
- The Test will be of 02 hours duration.
- The level of questions will be related to their qualifying academic/ professional/ technical qualifications.
- The Test will comprise 50 Multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers)
Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (ST/SA)
- Physical Standards for Category-I Stipendiary Trainee/ Scientific Assistant (ST/SA)-Health Physics only:-
- Minimum Height – 160 Cms.
- Minimum weight – 45.5 Kgs.
- Written Examination & Personal Interview.
- The selection will be based on the overall merit in the written examination and personal interview.
